Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 8, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Get It Forged ("Service"), operated by StanHattie LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Get It Forged is an AI-powered manufacturing platform that helps users classify products, match with manufacturers, generate RFQs, translate communications, and track manufacturing projects. The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide recommendations and generate content.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.

3. Subscription Plans

Explorer (Free): AI product classification, up to 3 manufacturer matches per project, basic cost estimates, patent search, and translation.

Pro ($49/month): Unlimited manufacturer matches, AI-generated RFQs, quote comparison, landed cost calculator, NNN agreement generator, and all Explorer features.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate product classifications, RFQs, patent analysis, NNN agreements, cost estimates, and translations. This content is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational purposes only.

• AI-generated NNN agreements are templates, not legal advice. Have all agreements reviewed by qualified legal counsel before signing.
• Patent analysis is informational, not legal advice. Consult a patent attorney for definitive IP guidance.
• Cost estimates are approximations. Actual manufacturing costs may vary significantly.
• Manufacturer matches are recommendations, not endorsements. We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or performance of any manufacturer.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all product descriptions, photos, and specifications you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it through our AI systems and share it with manufacturers when you initiate an RFQ. We will not share your product data with third parties without your action (such as sending an RFQ).

6. Manufacturer Relationships

Get It Forged facilitates introductions between users and manufacturers. We are not a party to any manufacturing agreement, purchase order, or transaction between you and a manufacturer. We are not responsible for:

• The quality of manufactured products
• Delivery timelines or delays
• Payment disputes between you and manufacturers
• Intellectual property infringement by manufacturers

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Abuse the AI classification system with spam or automated requests
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the AI models or prompts
• Use the Service to manufacture counterfeit or regulated goods without proper authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. StanHattie LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to manufacturing defects, financial losses, or IP disputes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends, but your project data may be retained for a reasonable period for recovery purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Polk County, Iowa.
